Traits

The beaked enchantment transforms the muzzle/mouth/nose area of the creature to be a beak, bill or rostrum. This could resemble any real species or be something newly invented.

Luminous is a very rare trait that has a 1/500 chance to occur in any breeding. It causes a shift in the color palettes of the creature and allows for intense glowing and sparkling aura to surround the creature.

Tenebrous is a very rare trait that has a small chance to occur in any breeding. It causes a gloomy shift to the character's color palette and for a dark, obscuring aura to surround the creature. 

Chibi allows the character to have either as it's primary or alternate form a cute, small, tiny, snuggly, adorable form of loveable sweetness.

Chibi may rarely occur spontaneously through breeding, or acquired through the chibi prompt storyline.

The luminantle trait is a captivating feature of the faelumi, characterized by clusters of iridescent spots that emit a soft, ethereal glow. These spots are reminiscent of a starlit sky and vary in intensity and color based on the faelumi’s mood and surroundings.

Luminantle may be any bright, light color, and has a soft glow. Luminantle appears along the creature's back, on top of any other makrings. Up to 5 small spots may appear on each side of the face. The back spots may be in any configuration, and may be dense or sparse. The spots are fairly small, refer to images of fawn spots for guidance.

Luminantle is a species feature of the Faelumi, and all Faelumi have this trait from birth, except in very rare circumstances.

Caudaflare is the species specific phenomena that allows kitsumi to be born with extra tails and add more tails as they level up.

This trait is also responsible for the unique face markings all kitsumi have. Any creature with this trait will have symmetrical face markings in a color chosen from the palette. See the kitsumi design guide for more information.

Grants a single wing to the creature.

For creatures that have wings or body wings already, this decreases their total wings to one.

Primordial is the special species trait naturally found on dragons of the prehistoric subtype. Creatures with the primordial trait type may exhibit features of any extinct prehistoric species, such as the crests and sails found on certain dinosaurs, different body morphologies, tail adornments and other features.

Pisces is a species trait native to aquatic dragons. This trait allows any fin traits on the creature to be multiplied and place anywhere on the body. It also allows the creature to have gils, webbed feet, and other aquatic adaptations not normally found in their species. The creature may display any traits or features found on sea creatures, such as the glowing filament of the anglerfish or the distinctive external gils of an axolotl.
