Pigments Plus Atelier

The shop owner seems to be absent, but as you enter, a small white foxycorn squeaks at you excitedly, looking to be pet. A basket has been placed on the counter with a hurriedly scrawled sign that reads, "Be back soon, please pay here!" The basket has several gems and other questionable items inside.
