Faelumi Design & Anatomy

Key Points
  • Luminantle is a special trait that all Faelumi have. It adds bright, glowing spots to the Faelumi's back and face. These may be in a pattern, such as zig zags or rows, or dispersed randomly. They are pretty small spots. For the size and area of these spots, you may reference images of fawn spots.
  • Body wings are another trait that is native to Faelumi, and a result of their close ties with the fae creatures of Ember's forests. Body wings are small wings that appear symmetrically on at least 1, or up to all of the following locations:
    • The head, behind/below the ears.
    • The rump, on either side of the tail, or on the hips
    • The front and/or back legs, above the hooves
  • Eyes
    • Faelumi should have pupils that are darker than the iris, you may use colors from the palette and darken them if needed
    • The iris may be any color except black/white
    • Gradients may be used in Faelumi eyes and on their immediate offspring
Native Traits Explaination

Each species has certain traits that are native to that species. You can use trait changes to change your creature's traits between any of the basic traits listed below, or any of the traits native to either parent. For example, a Faelumi with a Faelumi and Tsukimi parent may use an item to change between any Faelumi or Tsukimi traits in the respectful category. However, the Faelumi must have inherited the trait to change bwteen them, if the Faelumi did not inherit a Faceplate, you can not change between them.
