Welcome to Ember!
Ember is a magical world, rich in a substance known as aether. Aether not only fuels spells and other phenomena, but it manifests as otherworldly mutations in the creatures that live here. These mutations are known as enchantments, and even the same enchantment can manifest quite differently between different individuals.
Ember is also inhabited by mysterious, sentient towers known as the Yllaeon. The Yllaeon act as caretakers for the planet, tinkering with the genetics and aether to keep the world in balance. With an Yllaeon's blessing, any two species may produce offspring, allowing for access to even greater wealth of traits and combinations.
